The Florida Council for Exceptional Children (FCEC) proudly presents its 76th annual conference. This year’s theme, "Let's LEVEL UP (Leverage Every Voice to Empower Learners through Unwavering Partnerships),” reminds us as educators, advocates, and allies that we must recognize the power of collective action in shaping a more student-centered and accessible education system. Thus, we celebrate the diverse voices and experiences of students, parents, and the multidisciplinary team of professionals who contribute their expertise to improve student outcomes. We have made significant strides in addressing the diverse needs of our students; however, our work is not done. Together, we must:

• Amplify the voices of students and parents, empowering them to advocate for their needs and rights
• Share best practices and innovative strategies for teaching, learning, and support
• Address the physical, emotional, behavioral, and academic needs of all students
• Foster partnerships and collaborations that promote academic excellence and support for all students
• Advance advocacy efforts to ensure high-quality learning opportunities for all.
